Qualcuno di voi la conosce già ma oggi voglio presentarvela in tutto il suo splendore!!!
La mattina del 10 ottobre scorso, Ale, mio marito appunto, trova a lavoro quattro micini che si lottavano la razione di croccantini portata da qualche operaio.
Questa micina è l'unica del gruppetto miagoloso a rimanere senza pappa e a riconsolarsi giocherellando tutto il giorno con mio marito, che quando sta per tornare a casa se la ritrova vicino la macchina... apre lo sportello e lei sale su :-O

Le graffe :-) La ricetta è di Ele , l'avevo messa da parte già svariato tempo fà e ieri in occasione del martedì grasso l'ho rispolverata e messa in pratica con grande soddisfazione :-)
Vi riporto la ricetta così come scritta da Eleonora S.:
(dose per circa n° 16 graffe da 65 g cad.)
Ingredienti
500 g farina 00
230 g patate gialle a polpa farinosa bollite (n°2 patate medie circa)*
200 g latte fresco intero**
100 g uova intere
50 g zucchero semolato***
50 g burro morbido (oppure strutto)
12 g lievito di birra fresco (oppure 4 g lievito di birra disidratato)
scorze di agrumi grattugiate e, volendo, vaniglia naturale
1 pinch sale fino
Inoltre:
q.b. zucchero semolato
q.b. cannella macinata
Procedimento
In planetaria versare la farina, le patate bollite (passate nello schiacciapatate e lasciate intiepidire), il lievito sbriciolato, lo zucchero, le uova intere, il burro morbido, gli aromi naturali, il sale fino e lavorare per circa 20 minuti fino ad ottenere un composto liscio e piuttosto morbido****.
