Strawberry jam:)
treasures Good evening: D Sunday at Nemi, Paola gave me the fragrant baskets of strawberries: D For those who do not

For the jam in question anyway, I put 800 grams of sugar per kilo of strawberries.

La ricetta è la stessa usata per realizzare i "Ravioli dolci di ricotta", più carnevaleschi direi, almeno dalle mie parti ;) ...così ho tirato la sfoglia, messo mucchietti di ripieno, ricoperto con altra sfoglia, sigillato bene e con l'aiuto di una formina, ecco tanti fiorellini che sanno di gioiosa festa, pronti da friggere e spolverare di zucchero :D
